we would like to share the following call for expressions of interest with you:

Contract awards for fee-based services in compliance with § 9 UVgO (direct awards): two studies / analyses on “adaptation decision making and opportunities for transformation (one study on Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam / one study on Jakarta, Indonesia)”

Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung (hereinafter: RLS) and the United Nations Research Institute for Social Development (hereinafter: UNRISD) invite expressions of interest from researchers to take part in city-level research under the project “Transformative adaptation to climate change in Southeast Asian coastal cities”.

RLS intends to award two contracts for fee-based services (in compliance with §9 UVgO)to carry out one of the following studies / analyses:

Study/analysis on adaptation decision making and opportunities for transformation in Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam (8,000-12,000 words)
Study/analysis on adaptation decision making and opportunities for transformation in Jakarta, Indonesia (8,000-12,000 words)
