Watch Indonesia! e.V. engagiert sich seit 1991 für Menschenrechte, Demokratisierungsprozesse und den Schutz der Umwelt in Indonesien und Osttimor. Unsere Arbeit ist getragen von der Verbundenheit mit den Menschen in Indonesien und Osttimor und von der Verpflichtung, für ihre Anliegen eine Brücke zu Politik und Gesellschaft in Deutschland zu bilden. Zu unseren Aktivitäten zählen u.a. die Beratung und Bereitstellung von Expert*innenwissen, die Herausgabe von Fachpublikationen, die Organisation von Workshops und Tagungen sowie Lobby- und Advocacyarbeit.
