The ERCCT Young Scholars Workshop 2020 at the University of Tübingen (Dec. 13. to 19) (Deadline: 2020-09-15)

The ERCCT will hold a workshop for emerging young scholars from December 13-19, 2020. The original date (July 2020) had to be postponed due to the ongoing Corona pandemia.

Ph.D. students (3rd year and above) and postdocs are encouraged to submit their proposals, particularly on this year’s leading topic „Taiwan and Security Cooperation in North East Asia“. However, submissions on any other topic in the field of social science research on contemporary Taiwan or Cross-strait relations are also welcome.

The workshop will provide young scholars with the opportunity to

–          present their research to an international audience

–          engage in scholarly exchange on theory and methodology

–          get to know Tübingen, the CCKF-ERCCT and its university;

Travel expenses and accommodation will be fully covered by the CCKF-ERCCT. Successful applicants are required to submit a research paper after the workshop to be published online in the CCKF-ERCCT Online Paper Series.
