CfA: PhD position in Buddhist Studies (History of Religions)

Uppsala university has announced one PhD position in History of religions with a specialisation in Buddhist studies (https://uu.varbi.com/en/what:job/jobID:778207/). The deadline for application is 14 February 2025. The position is fully funded for four years.

There are no restrictions with regard to region, tradition, language, etc., although the proposed project should fit within the discipline History of religions (see the research programme here: https://www.uu.se/en/department/theology/research/history-of-religions-and-world-christianity).
