Full and partial funding available now for students beginning the Japanese Studies PhD or MPhil course in 2026/27

Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, Japanese Studies at Cambridge is delighted to offer a wide range of funding to postgraduate students on both the MPhil and PhD programmes.

Applications for Japanese Studies MPhil and PhD programmes are now OPEN.

The deadline for those wishing to be considered for funding is 2 December 2025.
