This talk includes Dr. Dafydd Fell’s book launch on ‘Taiwan’s Green Parties: Alternative Politics in Taiwan’ and Prof. Chien-Te Fan’s talk on ‘Taiwan’s External Efforts to Join International Climate Change Organization’
